Hopefully YOU HAVE NOT! abandoned the principles…..but some do.
- NO MILK products if eating beef, tuna, turkey or porc
- Dairy is okay with SEEDS and EGGS soy and LEGUMES is also PERMISABLE
- NO DAIRY in the DIET….MEANING NONE! eating MEAT is okay and MEAT can be eaten with EGGS and SEED but generally NOT LEGUMES or GRAINS
