Hopefully YOU HAVE NOT! abandoned the principles…..but some do.

  1. NO MILK products if eating beef, tuna, turkey or porc
  2. Dairy is okay with SEEDS and EGGS soy and LEGUMES is also PERMISABLE
  3. NO DAIRY in the DIET….MEANING NONE! eating MEAT is okay and MEAT can be eaten with EGGS and SEED but generally NOT LEGUMES or GRAINS
