  1. Coffee LATE in the EVENING……then sleep in when ready to wake consciously remember to NOT EAT! drink
    a) plenty of DISTILLED water then after four days of only distilled water REMEMBER to drink QUALITY SPRING (not reverse osmosis or mineral!) WATER
    -GENERALLY the FIRST day and a HALF is the HARDEST….stomach is conditioned to PATTERNS….more so even HOMEOSTATIS regulators such (dumping toxins during sleep….one reason to drink NO COFFEE next morning! a FAST of this is WATER!)
  2. In the mid afternoon/early afteroon before 3pm CONSUME ABUNDANCE (out of the “pill” encapsulation BEST!) MARSHMALLOW ROOT…….it AIDS in moving BULK through the colons
  3. EATING atkins diet for 3-4 strict SIX is well enough…..WEEKS or 2 months to 3 months of ORGANIC meats, NO GRAIN, little fruit, and PLENTY WATER!

This content should be used…..generally (this donation worthy!) adolescents in the 14-17 YEAR RANGE both MALE and 16-23 RANGE single not fertile WOMEN should do this LONGER (no need longer than 12 DAYS) water fast.

It helps the ADRENALS and most SPECIFICALLY (never think only body image!) but the PANCREASE have SUPERIOR insulin regulation for life long SUGAR and “SPICES” and everything “NICES” (no truly it is IMPORTANT for society to get on BOARD with HEALTH).
