  1. NIACIN for mental health (don’t worry about the flush and do not the flush free is GARBAGE!!!! with a CAPITAL GARBAGE) niacin requires being bound to PROTEIN and LESS so FATS! coffee, beef, tuna, turkey, peanuts, and mushrooms
  2. B6 generally other things like minerals (copper) think coffee!, or supplements with food!

  1. Vitamin C we know needs phenols called Bioflavinoids.
