1) LATE FALL
2) EARLY SPRING
in ALL fairness VITAMIN D is essential to LIFE! if not reason why SUPERFOODS such as MUSHROOM and CODLIVER OIL are foundational.
A. A superfoods is NEVER to be taken OFTEN in sequence…..most truly ADAPT (called ADAPTOGENS)
B. A superfood SHOULD never BE TAKE in moderations…..if you can SAVE one EXTRA day of required income then DO SO! very serious NO EXCEPTIONS
C. NO “two” SUPERFOODS should be TREATED as the SAME! none…..period! (emphasis!)
Guide B/Ashwaganandha
1) ONLY for THREE months SHOULD YOU TAKE ashwaganandha in DOSES frequently…..ONCE A LIFE…..generally 20-27 in MALES….very SERIOUS……females CAN with SLENDER muscular BUILD. not a ransake of TESTOSTERONE but ADRENAL body functions.
a. Never take it again
OR
b. Take it in portions of a “fraction of teaspoon” NOTE NOT TABLESPOON!!!!! once a season to less than as twice a YEAR!
