To defy AGING….one, three, WHOOPS not two!
To cancel decay….lift weights, not tummy tucks!
An “angel” of GREEK orgin Aphrodite once told me
Stick with diet, exercise and regiments of cleansing
I then knew, wash, sweat, eat supplements rich in iron
Use brush between teeth, not for pulling hair or the “fly”
A decent amount of water not alcohol
Supplements called kale, collards, chards and NOPE NOT LETTUCE
Spinach was a craze, but do understand needs to be “boiled”
Retinal never penetrates skin but should be taken oral
Better is beta carotenes and phenols
Coffee and tea the same they should say
Coffin a number is wrong so why the sudden gasp
To age in reverse the newest way to get older
Britney Spears, and Moore, Pestova and Summers
What all female common and think “straightly”
A growing trend of males not just models
Beckham and Sandler, Angel and Greszczyszyns’ encampment
But in all seriousness it one in the same
To lessen mental pains, increased physical strength
Lessen financial burden and increase non weight gain
Tighten budget and loosen NOPE don’t do it (the fly!)
Women can have at it, males not supposed too!
Sound boring to most but I like cunninglingy
Now its gotten dirty, so childhood again
Not living youth mistakes, but clearing sin
Satan not real but Godhead to be “(please don’t say feared)” cherished
Enlightenment a definition to mean growing wisdom
