A “example” of Samadhi for those that do not know (which is the goal of YOGAS!) is to move consciousness up and through the skull (this base savikalpa). But when it HAS NOT penetrated the SKULL….no enlightenment….therefore NO REALIZATIONS.
The follow is a ROAD’MAP for developing ANTI-AGING basics in YOGA “hatha” (poses).
Through and through three in sequence (laying corpse….which stops the heart valve for longer periods of time!, camel poses…which is a hydration dehydration and them spinal twist which STRENTHENS the BLADDER so no leakage occurs with aging) you DEVELOP GREATER ANTI-AGING response.
