In a MENTAL HOSPITAL in ONTARIO CANADA at least two STAFF members and one said it is HOW IT IS DONE…..meaning all PSYCHIATRISTS measure it like this….as a system MEASURE the “absorption” RATE of VALPROIC ACID (a gabba) ALTERNATIVE-ONLY ONE it has been entered into the blood stream….MEANING no ZERO BASELINE……MEANING everyone that TAKES it HAS A LEVEL…..MEANING anyone PRESCRIBED it HAS A LEVEL and DIAGNOSIS is IRRELEVANT

Lithium is MEASURED at 200mg TWICE DAILY (reported in literature) for a 20-30 KG (about 50-70lb child) WHERE AS experience of FLANK and FEET SWEELING, HEADACHES and INCREASED THIRST without ability to DRINK (all signs of KIDNEY DAMAGE) experienced in a 100 KG male on a single dose of 75mg for 2-3 days.
