An Analysis of MEDICINE is FEW doctors ARE EDUCATED in natures called HEALTH!

Melatonin SHOULD NEVER be consumed REPEATEDLY! (that first)
Second MELATONIN should NEVER be “added to MAGNESIUM” (this second! law)

Melatonine as a HORMONE….is ALSO very UNSTABLE!

But requires FIVE things to “ESTABLISH” finer absorptions.

1) Laying immediately after taking
2) Not taking before bed/sleep
3) Not taking with CHLORINE water
4) Not taking more (EVER in a DAY) 3 mg and
5) caution SOMETIME MORE IS NEEDED to establish NON melatonin functions! but way outside the scope of this ANALYSIS

THREE natures THAT make MELATONIN
wasted….(aside from chlorine!)
a) masturbation to ejaculation(s) both female and male
b) taste “fillers” melatonin ACTUALLY does HAVE a “TARGETED” lingual “TASTE” (it needs to be respected!)
c) Proper sleep cycles ARE REQUIRED….if arythemic (NOTE not nightshift!) schedule are in PLAY….it works very little
