The ARE ARRANGED spatially….AND NOT ALL ARE ABOVE the SKULL (meaning 8th and above….though 8th is about 2 inches to 3.25 inches ABOVE the skull (IN DIMENSIONAL SPACE).
They OPEN SEQUENTIALLY….none before the ONE ABOVE unless the ONE BELOW is OPENED….and GENERALLY NONE could open VERY RAPIDLY (if you’re true to yourself!).
