- Sun Gazing (generally 32 degress or lower) to Samadhi
- Third Chakra to 6th all opened TRUE NOTCHES! it could take time
- See if you get why to do Moon Gazing on a FULL moon (to samadhi is the exercise!)
- 8th Notch “touching” opening is even better
- Seeing the “THEORY” of past, present and….which order is it
- Too much for some at this point….but SAMADHIS
- More than 3 SAMADHIS not Savikalpa or Nirvikalpa (which is Godrealization) but linking to Source Godhead the “on/off” of consciousness or “death” while “living”
- No creative insult….YOU PLAY with “a PLAY” see what your true self is….and LISTEN to “I AM WALRUS” or “PEOPLE ARE STRANGE”
