When the MIND begins to wander? DO you

If you could stop chasing NON essentials....

Would you care if YOU COULD HAVE ANYTHING.

More so….are there THINGS you’d change, have changed in lifestyle/surrounding or ideologies!

Three ways are NATURAL to change the MIND….

A. STOPPING the THOUGHTS through CHANGING thoughts to something else
B. Meditating…..restful relaxation of the mind to calming solutions
C. Using alchemistry…a coffee/tea, ashwagandha, biscuit, mustard, hotdog ETC.

BUT the following NUMBER 2 SOLUTION….where stopping thoughts by changing thoughts is

1) Changing thoughts patterns by using one of five solutions
a) exercise
b) talking a walk or having sex
c) massaging your ankle or feet (partners works as well!)
d) playing a board game, reading or doing
e) math, reading science or studying scripture
