Seven Immortal Mudras

Immortality is consciousness that lives on after death.
There are MANY WAYS to die…..just as there are MANY preventions with ways to prevent non conscious return.

Seven immortal mudras now begin….

  1. Prone right leg lift…..finger are interlaced above the skull….and like many KRIYAS or yoga disciplines consciousness while breathe has stopped should be encouraged to move up and out the top of the skull….climbing is even more beneficial.
  2. Yoni Mudra….fingers of each hand “CLOSE” the senses and as a max breath is breathed in CHANT at the THIRD EYE no more than 3 times OM again pass consciousness through top of skull.
  3. Extreme Jaw Opening (watch TMJ dysfunction) but pop consciousness out through top of skull while jaw is maximally opened
  4. Khecari Mudra…..tongue to uvula.
  5. Fish Pose…..while laying on back arch head in reverse and pass consciousness through top of skull.
  6. Rib Pump….forcing rib and sternum at correct locations posterior (no need to affect consciousness this mudra is to move the spine)
  7. Seated right heel to perineum and left heel again right foot PUSHING IN while holding a maximum breath….”popping” consciousness out top of skull.

BONUS….#1 is for having great gait for longevity….see if you can “gather” (another mudra like the SUPERMAN MUDRA….with hands against hips) some others.

Bonus 2…..POP consciousness through the top of skull while arms are crossed infront of chest…..this THE BEATLES “i am the walrus” thick skinned and non emotive….yes siddha consciousness.
