There also is LAOTRILE a “non hypothetically based B vitamin that some know about which some negative press “BANNED” presence of cancer research on” and anothe few bvitamin one know to a few more called Biotin (generally hair and nails health).
Bvitamins ARE NEVER to be taken as a DEFICIENCY and ALWAYS as a PREVENTATIVE not RESTORATIVE.
